AllergyFree Passport® (“AFP”)
takes your privacy seriously because we know that you do. AFP
has adopted this Privacy Policy to inform users regarding the
collection, storage and use of personal information on its website.
1. Collection of Personal

Certain applications on AFP’s website may request or require users
to register personal information in order to make a transaction, or to
subscribe to a newsletter. In order to fulfill your request or to better
understand its audience, AFP may request demographic or food allergy
and other health information. Entry of information (other than the information
necessary to respond to your request or process your transaction) is
optional. Any health and allergy information we receive from you will
only be used by us in connection with personally identifiable information
in order to respond to your inquiry or provide you with information you
have asked for or consented to receive. All other uses of health and
allergy information will be used in a form which is not personally identifiable
for the purposes of understanding our audience better, analyzing food
allergy trends and otherwise conduct statistical analysis of the data,
developing website or newsletter features, and to evaluate and improve
AFP and the products and services we offer.
2. Mailing Lists
If you provide your e-mail address to AFP, we may periodically contact
you with newsletters or other information we believe will be of interest
to you. Should you wish to be removed from AFP’s e-mail mailing

3. Information to Third
Parties
AFP does not provide any personally identifiable information regarding
our users to third parties for commercial purposes. AFP may employ other
companies or individuals to perform functions such as credit card processing,
sending postal and electronic mail, conducting surveys, removing repetitive
entries from lists, analyzing data on AFP’s behalf. Such companies
and individuals have access to personal information but are strictly
prohibited from using it for other purposes. AFP may disclose personally

While AFP contains information that is useful for the parents of children
with celiac/coeliac and gluten intolerances, AFP’s site is intended
for use by adults. All purchases made on our Site must be made by individuals
ages 18 or over.
8. Aggregate Information
AFP’s website automatically log information such as visitors’ IP
addresses and browser types of all visitors for measuring usage of our
website. This information is used to analyze how visitors use the website,
which helps AFP modify and improve visitors’ experiences.

If you choose to visit AFP’s site, you are subject to this Notice
and our Conditions of Use, including damage limitations, arbitration

the information or software contained on the Site. AFP has no obligation
to detect the presence of any rogue programming. Any downloading of software

the user’s own risk. Users are advised to use anti-virus programs,
and a proper back-up system to minimize any loss caused by rogue programming.
